About

The open letter, released in May 2012, has been signed by more than 100 jurists from New Zealand and other countries currently or potentially engaged in the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement negotiations, calling on negotiators to make sure that the TPPA doesn’t give investors the right to to sue governments directly.

You can read their open letter here, and their media release here.  Contact details for the group are at the base of their media release.
